Following a competitive tender exercise, The Regenda Group were selected as Wirral Borough Council's development partner to deliver the residential regeneration scheme in New Ferry.

We specialise in designing all forms of housing for sale, rent and for people with special needs, along with commercial and community architecture, focused on the aspirations of clients, users and residents. We are working alongside The Regenda Group to develop the residential masterplan for the regeneration of New Ferry.
